Rooted in the compassionate care of an end-of-life doula, filling the gaps medical and legal care can leave behind. Offering emotional, mental, and practical companionship with advocacy and recourse recommendations. Whether you are navigating a new disability, the aging process, or the dying process, I step in as your dedicated companion through the raw and challenging moments. From advance care planning to navigating complex family grief, my mission is to keep you in control of your choices, reduce anxiety, and bring lasting comfort and dignity to you and your loved ones.
An end-of-life doula provides non-medical/non-legal, emotional, and practical support during life’s biggest transitions, bringing a gentle, steady presence to growing older and the dying process. Doulas step in to fill the gaps that medical and legal care leave behind, ensuring clients stay in control of their own choices, reducing anxiety for individuals and their families. A doula’s role is rooted in continuous emotional and mental presence. They sit with clients through the raw, anxious, and challenging moments—whether that means facilitating advance care planning, navigating complex family grief, or addressing fears surrounding the physical process of dying.
I expand this intentional doula model beyond end-of-life care, providing comprehensive support, comfort, and advocacy for older adults, newly disabled individuals, or anyone else experiencing a difficult life transition.
